“4k off, unheard of.”

A Toyota salesman from Marietta Toyota reveals the steep discount their dealership is running for RAV4s, Camrys, and Corollas.

As we approach the end of the year, car manufacturers will be looking to clear out their inventory to make room for the new models arriving. To do this, car dealerships will make enticing offers to incentivize buyers to purchase a new car.

In a TikTok that has generated over 51,800 views as of this writing, Tre Brooks (@tre_marietta_toyota) reveals that Marietta Toyota is offering $4,000 off each car to reach this sales target.

On TikTok, Brooks reveals that his dealership needs to sell 60 cars by the end of November and is offering a steep discount off the MSRP to do so.

“Alright, we gotta sell 30 RAV4s and a combined 30 Toyota Camry and Corollas by the end of the month,” Brooks begins.

To incentivize buyers to visit the Marietta Toyota, Brooks reveals a $4,000 discount.

“Four grand off the RAV4s,” Brooks shares.

He goes on to mention the available models that qualify for the offer, including the XLEs, Hybrids, Limiteds, and SEs.

“Let’s get a deal done,” Brooks concludes.

At the end of the year, dealerships will offer more aggressive savings to try to convert customers to hit their sales quota.

Every car dealership makes monthly and annual sales targets and quotas to hit. With Black Friday and the holidays approaching, this is an excellent opportunity to boost car sales, as consumers tend to spend more during these months in general.

Toyota incentivizes buyers by running its “Toyotathon” promotion during this time through the end of the year. This is considered Toyota’s largest sales event, according to Hendrix Toyota. This is an excellent time to purchase a Toyota, thanks to generous discounts, low APR financing, and special incentives.

Toyota dealerships recognize that consumers are seeking a solid deal this time of year, as they aim to clear out inventory, allowing both parties to benefit.

Each dealership has a limited amount of space to store inventory, so it’s best to clear out last year’s models to make room for the new ones.

Viewers went to the comments section to express their opinions on this deal, and they were impressed.

“4k off, unheard of. Must need space for the 2026s that will sell like hotcakes at higher prices,” one TikTok commenter shared.

“That’s a very decent deal,” another added.

“Don’t tempt me sir,” a third replied.

While others took this opportunity to offer low-ball humorously.

“I got $1. Take it or leave it,” one joked

“I got a 6 pack of nuggets and an old jar of mustard..should be about an even trade,” another pitched.

While one viewer advised others to wait until December to buy a car.

“Guys WAIT till the end of December they will drop by 10k,” one suggested.

Generally speaking, the best time to buy a car is at the end of a month, quarter, or year, according to NerdWallet.

Many experts believe the best time to buy is at the end of the year. December is the best time to buy a car, Kelley Blue Book (KBB) reports.

However, there is an argument that the end of the year isn’t the best time to buy. According to Yahoo Finance, here are six reasons why it may not be the best time to buy

While dealerships will offer end-of-year incentives to clear out inventory, there may be a chance to land a better deal in the new year.
